There are times in ones life when you just give up! These times when you give up on someone, is not because you don't care anymore, but because you realise they don't.
This sad but real realisation can at times shatter the soul. However, the courage and strength to do so surpasses everything!

You never really 'give up' on anyone completely Rifka. No feelings or emotions are quite so black and white! You realise that life has to move on and you do, with courage and strength, because that is the resilience of the human spirit!
